My dad’s Intangible Assets

My father will be used as  good example of person who possess valuable intangible assets. With more than 40 years of experienced in construction industry, my father has all essential knowledge and skills that is required to success in the business field. For example, Technical skills for engineering field that allows him to proactively solving problems occurs in worksites , Leadership skills for motivating and directing employees to accomplish goals and tasks , communication skills for communicate effectively with potential clients and stakeholders and others those intangible assets that is hardly  imitated by others and is the factors that make him become successful business man today. 

Thus ,I believe that everyone has their own specific intangible assets and should utilize its to fullest in order to achieve.
